Occasional Residents is a collection of essays produced during Corridor8’s third residency programme, in partnership with Humber Street Gallery in Hull and inspired by the Substance programme (November/ December 2017) and the wider events and interventions of Hull UK City of Culture.
The publication includes an introduction by Rebecca Senior and essays by writer-in-residence Devon Forrester-Jones, established writers Claire Potter and Jamie Sutcliffe, and a limited-edition bespoke insert by artist Lee Karen Stow.
Occasional Residents was co-commissioned by Corridor8 and Humber Street Gallery, supported by Arts Council England, and produced in collaboration with Dust and ASAP Digital Ltd.
