Alice Bradshaw was selected from a callout for the first collaborative publication between Corridor8 and Yorkshire & Humber Visual Arts Network (YVAN), launched at The Art House Wakefield on 1 August 2019. In a series of contributions, Bradshaw, Kerry Harker, Thomas Hopkin and artist Sarah Smizz interrogated the commonplace use of the terms ‘resilience’, ‘ecology’ and ‘authenticity’ and what they really mean for artists practising across the Yorkshire region.
The residency and publication were supported by Arts Council England and Sheffield Hallam University. Five-hundred print copies were distributed to art venues across Yorkshire and beyond.
