The Manchester Print Fair

Saturday 12th October 2013 will see the second appearance by Corridor8 at the Manchester Print Fair. The Fair is a growing curated event that aims to bring the best and most interesting print  and art publications to the city.

Special highlights at our table include:

  • For Manchester sale only, short-run facsimile colour photocopy printings of Corridor from 1971 – the precursor literary ’zines to Corridor8. Produced in Manchester, these were enabled by the then new offset litho printing technology that for the first time brought professional standards of printing within reach of ordinary pockets.
  • Last remaining bound copies of the current third edition of Corridor8 with its limited edition hand-made silkscreen binding, recently exhibited at the Kaleid Art Book Fair 2013, London. Since appearing at the Manchester Print Fair in April this edition of Corridor8 #3 was one of 50 exhibits selected for the curated section of Kaleid, chosen by an international panel of judges from over 200 submissions by international artists
  • Back issues of Corridor8 and other publications.

Come and browse our neighbours table also. Our designer-partners Dust will be having an adjacent stand, and will have a great selection of their books and publications and prints.

Chat, meet our partners at Dust and browse/buy some unique Manchester cultural history!
